Hi friends!
Just a quick update from my last doctor visit. My blood pressure was still way too high. However, I've been given a month to try to address it on my own. I'm actually excited to have this kind of motivation to take my health seriously. Let me know if you have any tips on lowering blood pressure! I have to believe that the events of the last few months also contributed to an overal higher blood pressure too.
So far, I have really changed my diet and am holding to it really well. I'm eating mostly vegetables and protein with a little fruit. I look forward to seeing how this impacts my weight and overall health and am determined to give it several months at least.
