So, I've been all crazy into this new TurboFire workout I've been doing. But now today I hurt my back doing it! I'm now resting with ice and can hardly move. I can't believe this happened! Every single time I get a new plan figured out for losing weight, something happens to prevent me from following through on it.
Gotta wonder if there's some message there. Like maybe it's not really about fixing my weight, but fixing my heart.
