This book is part of one of my current giveaways and is one of the 2010 Christy Award Nominees.
My Thoughts:
This was an enjoyable read with a well-developed characterization of Jessie, an aspiring photographer, and Mr. Bauer, her employer. I found it a bit sad to Jessie and her family so caught up in "penance" for her mistakes, but did enjoy Jessie's determination and natural talent for capturing the beauty of her subjects.
