1. Have you ever been so lost that you were really afraid?
Once I was going to a job interview and got on a highway and couldn't get off and didn't know how to get back.
2. Have you ever been to an island?
I grew up on the coast of Washington state and went to the San Juan isands all the time.
3. Are you more of a thinker or feeler?
Depends. I am a good planner and am good with thinking through details, but am also very emotional about stuff.
4. Do you tend to see issues or situations in life as black and white or shades of gray?
I can be pretty black and white sometimes about stuff that I feel strongly about--Bible principles, obeying the law, not driving too fast in the school zone by my house; but there are grey areas in life where I struggle too.
5. If you were stuck on an island, what book would you hope to have with you (Let's pretend the Bible is already there, so you can't say that.)
Collection of Jane Austen count?
6. What are you most afraid of?
Long illnesses, my children suffering or not believing in Jesus, being alone.
7. Would you rather lose all of your old memories or never be able to make new ones?
Both are horrible.
8. Pretend I'm looking at a scrapbook page about you. There are three spaces for you to drop in individual pictures. What are those pictures of, and why did you select them?
My family, books, craft stuff.
9. If you were re-doing your wedding, what would you do differently? (If you're single, tell me one thing you would do if you were planning a wedding OR huge party.)
I would have the wedding in my hometown instead of my college town. I would have had different people do different roles, knowing what I know now.
10. Tell me one thing you know/believe about forgiveness.
It can be very hard to forgive and mean it. It takes time for me to let go.
11. You're waiting in a doctor's office. What is your favorite way to pass that time?
Reading a book or playing games on my ipod touch or texting someone.
12. If there were a clone of you in a parallel universe what is one way you hope she/he would be the same as you and one way you hope she/he would be better?
I would hope that she was thinner of course! But also more at peace with life in general. I would keep my craftiness the same.
