I'm in the mood for some suspense and I hope you are too! For the next few weeks, I will be featuring suspense books of varying levels of scariness. I'll try to give you a fair warning of each book's scariness factor.
RULES FOR ENTERING:
a. Post a comment to the posts of the books you'd like to win. Answer the "silly question" that goes with the post.
Today's question: I've been really faithful about getting up early to exercise lately. (Yeah me!) What's your favorite kind of exercise? I like walking and kickboxing!
b. Enter on or before March 31 for this book. Winners will be drawn on April 1. Claim your prize, if you win, within 10 days of being notified or I will redraw. (In other words, let me know you want the book and where it should be sent, should you find out your name was drawn.
c. Check back for the next giveaway! Today's book: Deceived by James Scott Bell Two bodies in an isolated canyon on the edge of L.A. One with saddlebags filled with diamonds. That's how it begins for Liz Towne, a stunning blonde with a devout husband who has given up a prime job for reasons Liz cannot understand— for "Mac" MacDonald, a Gulf War vet who's done time in prison and is just now finding his way back to normal life—and for Roxanne "Rocky" Towne, Liz's sister-in-law, who suspects things she cannot prove. All three are thrown together after a tragedy in Pack Canyon. After stumbling upon the stolen diamonds, Liz is faced with an escalating set of choices: Truth or lies? Love or money? Saint or sinner? Liz thinks she knows who she is and what she wants, but when the web gets terribly tangled, is her game of deception a clever lie or a deadly trap? My Take: Yet another exciting tale from one of my favorite authors. Kind of a "Tell Tale Heart" thing going on here...but I better not say more. Did I mention I love this author?
