Once again I bit off more than I could chew...I have to admit that I can't get it all done by myself. I am not going to get all the knitting done I had hoped to for my craft sale. I'm bummed about it because I learned a new knitting technique and wanted to be able to offer a bunch of scarves in the pattern, but I only have one done. With traveling last weekend and hosting company for the next four days, oh and reorganizing our church library, creating a brochure for our women's Bible study, making the newsletter for our church library, sewing a banner for children's ministry...you get the idea; with all that, I just can't carve out any knitting time! Whew!
I keep promising myself that this won't happen anymore. That I won't say I'll do so many things. I really need to work on it. Now I feel like I'm letting you guys down by not having any posts lately. Sorry friends!
Some of you asked for pictures from the craft sale. I had to make a website for my web design class, so I used my craft items for the website. If interested, you can check it out: http://www.creativetreedesigns.com/
Want to see the new pattern I've learned for knitting? It's called entrelac knitting. Do any of you knit? It makes a cool "woven looking" pattern. Here's a picture. You can do all kinds of colors of course. Very fun!
Well, thanks again for your patience! Remember, alphabet soup is coming soon!
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving! I'm thankful for you!
