How many of you twitter? I did for a week or so and then I didn't and now, well, I caved and have an account again. If you have a twitter account and want to find me, I'm twitter.com/tamireads and it has my little logo from this blog on it. Why did I quit for a while? Well, there were three main reasons.
1. I was a little addicted. I kept checking it way too often. Kind of like my husband on Facebook. (I have one of those too but had a short list of friends. kind of sad I know)
2. I started to feel sad when I would post something and no one would respond. It felt like junior high again and I was the unpopular girl all over again! But I'm feeling a little more secure about it now I hope. At least Deborah missed me when I quit! :)
3. The main reason was because I was getting unsavory "followers" who wanted me to come on over to their website to see their videos...if you get what I mean. I didn't know how to get rid of them and I got 10 of them in the span of an hour. I at least know how to block/report them now.
So that's my twitter story. I think it is totally fun, but it's like so many things in life, you can have too much of a good thing--except good books of course, you can never have too many of those!
