THIS DRAWING IS NOW CLOSED. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR ENTRIES!
I admit it. I'm not usually a big "romance" reader in the traditional sort of way. I don't care much for the formulaic romance books in the swooning sense. I like more realism, if you know what I mean. That said, I do really like some of the Christian "ChickLit" stuff that's been growing as a genre. And there's usually romance in the chicklit books, so, I decided to give my blog-reading friends a Valentine's Treat and give away some books in this genre. I'm also including some that are about romance after we're married too...[grin]. I will hold the drawing on Feb. 14, Valentine's Day.
Here's the rules:
1) Post a comment to this blog telling which book(s) you want to win.
2) Answer a question: do you have any fun Valentine's Day traditions in your family? Do you even celebrate Valentine's Day? (We keep it pretty low key, but I like to do little things for my girls--never too many days to remind them how much we love them! Growing up, my mom was never big on celebrating holidays like Valentine's Day, but I remember one year she got me some conversational hearts and it made me feel so special. I guess because it was out of character for her it made it extra special.)
3) Enter by Feb. 13. Drawing to be held on the 14th.
Here are the books you can win. Some I've read and some I will be reading between now and the 14th.
